Solid gold

We work with yellow, white and rose gold in both 18 & 9ct and where possible, we use recycled gold. Solid Gold is a precious metal that will not oxidise or discolour.

How to care for solid gold jewellery:

  • Solid gold jewellery can be gently cleaned by hand, in warm and detergent-free soapy water.
  • Restore its shine by gently buffing with a jewellery polishing cloth.
Alternatively, get in touch with us for a complimentary freshen up!
  • When not wearing your jewels, store them in a safe, clean and dry location

Sterling silver

We only work with 925 stamped sterling silver and where possible, we use recycled silver. 925 Silver is an alloy metal consisting of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper.

How to care for sterling silver jewellery:

  • Sterling silver naturally oxidises over time when exposed to the elements. We advise removing your silver jewellery before exercising or coming into contact with water.
  • Wear it! Your skin’s oils are a natural buffer for silver and help to reduce the oxidation process. Avoid contact with perfume, creams, skincare products or harsh chemicals.
  • Gently clean tarnished silver with a jewellery polishing cloth. When not wearing your jewels, store them in a safe, clean and dry location.

Gold Plated Silver

All of our gold plated jewellery is made up of 925 sterling silver with a thick layer of 18ct gold. Our rings/bracelets have 3 microns of 18ct gold plate & other styles have 2 microns.

How to care for gold plated jewellery:

  • We advise removing your gold plated jewellery before sleeping, exercising or coming into any contact with water.
  • Avoid contact with perfume, creams, skincare products or harsh chemicals.
  • To clean gold plated jewellery, gently buff with a clean, dry cloth. When not wearing your jewels, store them in a safe, clean and dry location.

Diamonds

Considered one of earth’s hardest natural materials, diamonds are made from pure carbon. Each comes with certification. Our salt and pepper diamonds are Kimberly Process certified.

How to care for diamond jewellery:

  • Gently clean your diamond jewelry with a solution of mild dish soap and warm water. Use a soft brush to remove dirt and oils, and rinse thoroughly.
  • Keep your diamonds away from harsh chemicals, such as bleach or household cleaners, as they can damage the setting and dull the stone.
  • Store diamond jewelry in a soft cloth pouch or a separate compartment in your jewelry box to prevent scratches and damage from other pieces.

Pearls

Regarded as a symbol of elegance, pearls are formed from organic materials and come with distinct natural luster. Each pearl is carefully assessed for quality. Our pearls are sourced with ethical practices and are certified for authenticity.

How to care for pearl jewellery:

  • Clean pearls with a soft, damp cloth after wearing to remove body oils and perspiration. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Keep pearls away from cosmetics, perfumes, and hair products, as these can damage their delicate surface.
  • Store pearls in a soft cloth pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratches and preserve their natural sheen. Keep them away from other jewelry.

Basic Instructions

Ensure that you wipe items gently with a soft cloth after each use. Regular cleaning helps maintain their appearance and prevents the buildup of dirt or oils. For more delicate items, use appropriate cleaning solutions recommended by the manufacturer.

Keep your products away from harsh chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, or cleaning agents. These substances can cause damage or deterioration to the materials, affecting their look and longevity. Always check the care instructions for specific guidelines on which chemicals to avoid.

Store items in a soft cloth pouch or a lined jewelry box to protect them from scratches and environmental damage. Proper storage prevents abrasion and keeps them looking their best. Ensure that items are kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Handle products with care to avoid accidental damage. Put them on after applying makeup, hairspray, or perfume to prevent exposure to potentially harmful substances. Avoid wearing them during activities that may cause excessive wear or tear.

Inspect your items regularly for signs of wear or damage. Timely maintenance can prevent further issues and ensure that your products remain in excellent condition for years to come.
